Ola Elvestuen is a Norwegian politician (V). He has been Deputy Chairman of the Liberal Party since 2008 and member of Parliament from Oslo since 2013. Elvestuen was commissioner for environment and transport in Oslo from October 2011 to September 2013, and President of the Oslo City Council committee on urban development in the years 2003-2011. Ola Elvestuen is the committee leader in environmental and energy committee in Parliament.

Dr. Peter Harrop, Ph.D., FIEE has followed the electric vehicle industry for 20 years and has written 30 reports on the subject. He was expert witness in an EV case in the High Court in London that resulted in a $16 million settlement. He is founder and Chairman of IDTechEx Ltd. He was previously Chief Executive of Mars Electronics, a start-up he took to $260 million that was sold for $500 million and Chairman of Pinacl plc, the $100m fibre optic company. He has been chairman of over 15 high tech companies.

Jim Piro is president and chief executive officer of Portland General Electric (PGE), and has 41 years' experience in the utility business. Prior to becoming CEO in 2009, he served nine years as executive vice president of Finance, chief financial officer and treasurer. A 1974 graduate of Oregon State University in Corvallis, Ore., Piro earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in California and, before working at PGE, worked as a civil engineer for San Francisco-based Pacific Gas & Electric Co. Piro serves on several boards and is chair of Greater Portland Inc. and the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Investment Council. He is a member of the Oregon Global Warming Commission and is active in the business and utility industries, both locally and nationally, serving on the boards of the Oregon Business Council and the Edison Electric Institute. He is also a member of the Electrification Coalition, a national group of business leaders advocating for policies that support electric vehicles. He serves also on the Oregon State University Foundation and the PGE Foundation.

Jeff Allen was hired in December 2011 as the first Executive Director of Drive Oregon, a state-supported initiative to catalyze the growth of Oregon's electric vehicle industry. Drive Oregon has leveraged over $15 million in outside investment in Oregon's rapidly growing electric vehicle industry. Under an MOU with the Governor and Oregon Department of Transportation, Drive Oregon also leads the "Energizing Oregon Coalition" to promote electric vehicle deployment. The Portland Business Journal awarded Drive Oregon an Innovation in Sustainability award in 2013, and Sustainable Business Oregon named Jeff one of its "15 people to watch" in 2014. Jeff previously served as Executive Director or organizational development consultant to several nonprofit organizations, including the Oregon Environmental Council, where he served as Executive Director from 1996-2006. He holds a Master's degree in public policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan.

Charlotte Argue is Assistant Manager for the Fraser Basin Council's Climate Change and Air Quality Program, and leads FBC's green transportation and fleet projects. As a key member of the multi-partner initiative "Plug In BC", she has been working to support electric vehicle market transformation in British Columbia. Her roles have included supporting early adoption in B.C. fleets, and administering the provincial public infrastructure roll-out. Charlotte is currently managing an outreach campaign called "Emotive, the Electric Vehicle Experience" to increase public awareness of electric cars. Charlotte is also a director of Modo, the car co-op.

Tom Ashley, Director of Government Affairs & Public Policy at Greenlots, leads the company's regulatory and policy work and supports efforts to expand connectivity between electric vehicles and the grid. Tom has extensive experience in clean energy and transportation policy and planning. Prior to joining Greenlots, he served as the Director of Utility and Regulatory Affairs at PlugShare, where he focused on the policy frameworks necessary for vehicle--grid integration, and has consulted for the Electric Drive Transportation Association. He has also worked with numerous government bodies, including the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, the Office of Energy and Environmental Industries of the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration, the Vermont Department of Public Service's Energy Efficiency Division, and the California Public Utilities Commission. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts - Fine Arts from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.

Max Baumhefner is an attorney on NRDC's clean vehicles and fuels team in San Francisco. Since joining NRDC in 2010, his focus has been on policies to accelerate the electrification of the transportation sector and to ensure the efficient integration of electric vehicles into our nation's utility system. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Pomona College and a Juris Doctor from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley.

Phil Barnhart has served in the Oregon House of Representatives since 2001, where he represents Central Lane and Linn Counties, in the Upper Willamette Valley. He chairs the House Committee on Revenue and co-chairs the Joint Committee on Tax Credits. He has dedicated much of his energy on continued progress toward a fair and stable state revenue system that provides adequate funding for basic public services, primarily public education. In the last several years he has also become increasingly involved in developing policies to fight global climate change and has championed major initiatives to put a price on carbon. He has also focused specifically on how state policy can facilitate adoption of electric vehicles. Rep. Barnhart holds a JD from the University of Oregon and a PhD in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Before joining the Oregon House he practiced law and psychology in Eugene, OR.

Andy Bartosh is the Manager for ABB's Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) business unit for North America. ABB (NYSE:ABB) is a global power and automation company, and is a leader in DC charging of electric vehicles, with the largest install base of DC chargers in the world. Andy joined ABB's EVCI business during its 2012 launch in North America, helping expand its global footprint beyond early successes in Europe. He is currently responsible for business development and operations for the Americas. US operations are located in Phoenix, AZ for product engineering and Verona, WI, for services. ABB is currently delivering more 50kW multi-standard chargers than any other manufacturer; their 3rd generation Terra 53CJ. Formerly, as a Project Manager for ABB's Advanced Power Electronics business, he managed several major projects, providing customers with custom power supplies, grid stability and battery energy storage systems. Prior to joining ABB, Andy held applications and sales roles in automation, HVAC, and manufacturing. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University. He is also active in several NEMA, IEEE, and other EV-related sub-committees.

Suhrid has been the Director of Automotive Solutions at ChargePoint since January 2015. Before ChargePoint, Suhrid was the Senior E-Mobility Manager at Volkswagen of America and led the launch of their first electric vehicle, the e-Golf. He also defined Volkswagen's product portfolio of BEVs and PHEVs that will result in the introduction of several new models. Suhrid is a 7-year veteran in the E-Mobility space and was instrumental in kickstarting E-Mobility at Volkswagen Group. Before launching the e-Golf, Suhrid led E-Mobility initiatives at Volkswagen's Electronics Research Laboratory in Silicon Valley. Suhrid holds an M.S. In Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Dan Bowermaster is the Program Manager for Electric Transportation at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), an independent non-profit center for public interest energy and environmental research. His primary activities focus on managing a portfolio of on-road and non-road electric transportation research including plug-in vehicle technology analysis, electric vehicle infrastructure, non-road electrification, a nationwide deployment project for light and medium-duty plug-in hybrid vehicles and related electric infrastructure research, plug-in electric vehicle driver behavior changing projects, analysis of electric and natural gas options for fleet support, and plug-in electric vehicle readiness for utility customers. Prior to joining EPRI in 2011, Bowermaster worked at Pacific Gas & Electric Company where he led PG&E;'s Electric and Natural Gas Vehicles, On-bill Financing, and Emerging Technologies teams. He joined PG&E; in September 2008 as part of the MBA Leadership Program, during which he completed projects in PG&E;'s Engineering and Operations, Power Generation, and Corporate Strategy groups. With more than 25 years of service to the people of Oregon, Kate Brown is well-prepared to serve as Oregon's 38th Governor, making government more accountable and standing up for working families. From 2008 to 2015, Brown served as Oregon's Secretary of State, where she was a leader in increasing government transparency and accountability. In that office, Brown oversaw an Audits Division that identified millions in savings by increasing government efficiencies and rooting out waste. She streamlined business registration and licensing by implementing Business Xpress 'stop shop' that enables business owners and entrepreneurs to establish and run a business in Oregon without getting bumped around from state agency to state agency. Brown successfully implemented an online voter registration system, which made it easier for Oregonians to register to vote and saved taxpayer dollars. Tonia Buell leads a transportation program that seeks to form partnerships with the private sector for the advancement of innovative public projects and programs. Tonia manages Washington's segment of the West Coast Electric Highway, an electric vehicle (EV) fast charging network along I-5 and other major roadways. Tonia was instrumental in the electric highway project from conception to implementation. She co-developed the project scope, helped secure federal funding, spearheaded the branding and marketing, and coordinated with British Columbia, Oregon, and California. In collaboration with dozens of stakeholders, Tonia led the development of the Washington's Electric Vehicle Action Plan with policy recommendations to help the state reach its goal of 50,000 plug-in EVs by 2020. Tonia will share her experience working with partner AeroVironment and local businesses to create and operate the network of DC fast chargers. She will also highlight plans to expand the state's electric vehicle charging network. Tonia is a seasoned professional with a passion for innovative and sustainable transportation projects. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University. She lives and works in Olympia, Washington.

Mac Burns has over 2 years of experience working as the Regional Sales Director in the Pacific Northwest for Proterra, which is the leading manufacturer of heavy duty battery electric transit buses. His background includes finance positions at Deutsche Bank in London as well as sales and technical roles in the RFID industry.

Rich Byczek is the global technical lead for electric vehicle and energy storage at Intertek. He has nearly 20 years of experience in product development and validation testing, almost 10 of which have been spent at Intertek. Rich is also an expert in the areas of energy storage, audio equipment and EMC. Rich sits on several SAE, IEC, UL and ANSI standards panels. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan, and is based at the Intertek facility located in Plymouth, Michigan.

Mr. Cutter, Senior Managing Consultant, leads E3's practice enabling energy storage, electric vehicles and responsive load to serve as valuable resources for the electric grid. Mr. Cutter works with utilities, regulators and technology companies to match solutions to their most valuable applications for the customer, grid and environment. Mr. Cutter is currently working with several utilities to assess the impacts of electric vehicles on their distribution system infrastructure and develop dynamic charging programs that will better accommodate renewable generation under future high RPS scenarios. Prior to joining E3 in 2005, Mr. Cutter worked as an independent water and energy resources consultant and at PG&E; for 10 years. He graduated with an MBA and MS in Energy and Resources from U.C. Berkeley in 2001 and a BA in Economics and German from Tufts University in 1989.

In Harry's role as the Destination Development Specialist at Travel Oregon, he helps advance and implement Oregon's sustainable travel initiatives through Travel Oregon Forever programming. Harry also helps foster community relationships and enhances tourism development in rural communities and regions by aiding in the execution of their tourism goals and objectives. Harry is a native Oregonian with extensive experience in tourism product development in the Northwest. His tourism career is diverse, as he started working for small cruise ships on the inside passage of Alaska and the Columbia River, combining that experience with guide work in New Zealand and the Pacific Northwest, and later co-founding a tour operating business. Harry has degrees in Geography and Environmental Science. He is passionate about developing the equitable balance between people, place, and economic vitality in rural and urban communities throughout the state of Oregon.... and microbrew & mountain biking

Cedric Daniels is the Electric Transportation Manager for Alabama Power Company. He is based in Birmingham, Alabama and has coordinated electric transportation marketing activities for Alabama Power Company since 1999. During his 35 years in Southern Company, Cedric has had roles with power generation, human resources, external affairs, customer service, and marketing. Cedric is constantly engaged with many manufacturers, utilities, and research/policy organizations throughout North America representing Southern Company. He is responsible for finding out ways customers can receive economy, efficiency, and environmental benefits by using electricity as their transportation fuel. Cedric serves as the Vice Chair of Electric Power Research Institute's Electric Transportation Infrastructure Steering Committee. He is a Clean Cities Board member for the state of Alabama. He also serves on national committees for Edison Electric Institute, CalStart's High Efficiency Truck Users Forum and other organizations. Cedric is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi.

Peter is Head of Business Development for DriveNow USA, BMW Group's flexible car sharing company headquartered in San Francisco. In that role he leads corporate partnership development, government outreach and sales strategy for the North American market. Prior to that assignment, Peter was a Senior Engineer at BMW Group Technology Office USA, doing electric vehicle and sustainable mobility research. Before his career at BMW, Peter managed various academic research programs at the Institute for Transportation Studies at UCDavis. He earned a B.S. in aeronautical science and an M.S. in biological systems engineering, both from UCDavis.

Andrew Dick is a Transportation Analyst at NESCAUM who has been working on the California Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) program for the past six years. NESCAUM is also facilitator to the Multi-State ZEV Task Force, a collaborative effort between eight state governments to meet the goals of the ZEV program and deploy 3.3 million electric vehicles in the states by 2025. Andrew supported the development of the Multi-State ZEV Action Plan by soliciting feedback from a range of state policymakers, auto industry representatives, utilities, and other stakeholders, and continues to work towards the implementation of the Action Plan's recommendations, monitoring sales, technology, and vehicle availability trends, and using them to support policy recommendations. He holds a B.A. in International Political Economy from Colorado College.

Laurence Dixon oversees NADA Used Car Guide's market intelligence efforts and leads a team with a goal to continuously provide first-in-class analysis products to the automotive industry, financial institutions, businesses and consumers. With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Dixon is well-versed in the analysis of wholesale and retail transaction price data, as well as the market fundamentals that dictate used vehicle price performance. Mr. Dixon is a well-respected authority and has been quoted in various publications, such as The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Car & Driver Magazine and Automotive News.

Angus Duncan is the founding President of the Bonneville Environmental Foundation, which supports renewable energy development and watershed restoration in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Duncan has worked in private sector renewable energy project development, in state and local government, as a Member and Chair of the Northwest Power Planning Council, and as Director of Energy Policy, US Department of Transportation. In 2004 Mr. Duncan chaired the Drafting Committee that wrote Oregon's climate change goals and strategy, since adopted by the Governor and Legislature. In 2008, he was appointed by Governor Kulongoski as Chair of Oregon's new Global Warming Commission; and in 2009, to the Governor's Energy Policy Council. Mr. Duncan has consulted with NRDC since 2007 on utility energy and climate policies in the Pacific Northwest states; and with The Bullitt Foundation on transportation energy and greenhouse gas issues.

Topher Edwards is a Journeyman Electrician and full time Trade Instructor at the NECA/IBEW Electrical Training Center (NIETC) in Portland, Oregon. Topher has more than 15 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential construction as well as working as a Building Automation Controls Specialist. He is an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program (EVITP) Master Instructor and a graduate of the Electrical Trade Alliance's National Training Institute.

Steve Ellis is the manager of Fuel Cell Vehicle Sales and Marketing at American Honda. Steve is responsible for Fuel Cell Vehicle business planning, managed the FCX Clarity deployment to Honda's retail consumers, and is today planning the launch of their next generation Fuel Cell car in 2016. He also provides guidance for many of Honda's environmental initiatives and Plug In Electric Vehicle programs. Steve is well known for his pioneering work on vehicle-related environmental and energy projects, has done hundreds of media interviews and is often sought out as an expert with alternative fuels and refueling infrastructure. Steve has served on numerous industry association boards including the California Fuel Cell Partnership and today is chairman of the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association. He also chairs the H2USA "Station Locations" working group and was honored with a "Lifetime Achievement Award" by the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Institute.

Jim Francfort has been the principle investigator for DOE's Advanced Vehicle Testing Activity (AVTA) at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) since 1994. During this time, INL has collected operations and test data from 22,000 electric drive vehicles and 17,000 charging units in order to benchmark the petroleum reduction benefits of advanced technology vehicles and charging infrastructure. The 240 million test miles and 6 million charge events that INL has collected and analyzed, also serve to benchmark drivers' vehicle operations and recharging preferences. Jim has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Idaho State University, and more than 300 publications and presentations on vehicle and charging infrastructure testing, and energy issues.

John Gartner is a research director leading Navigant Research's Transportation Efficiencies and Building Innovations programs. He has overseen custom research and consulting engagements for the world's leading automotive companies, technology vendors and infrastructure providers, and is responsible for content management, key industry and client relationships and forecast model development for the teams.

Chris Gearhart was appointed director of the Transportation and Hydrogen Systems Center after joining the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) as director of the Hydrogen Technologies and Systems Center in late 2012. In more than 16 years with Ford Motor Company, Gearhart led research and development teams in that company's Fuel Cell System, Stack, and Hydrogen Storage groups. Additionally, he previously held positions in product development, safety research, and quality assurance programs. Gearhart has also served on the faculty of Michigan State University and the School for Renewable Energy Science in Akureyri, Iceland. He holds doctorate and master's degrees in physics from Washington University in St. Louis, and a bachelor's degree in physics and math from Drake University.

Karen is the Director of Policy and Public Affairs at the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC). In this role she leads the policy development and strategic direction of the organization in the promotion of electric, thermal and transportation efficiency. She was VEIC's first Director of Transportation Efficiency where she developed and oversaw the strategic direction for VEIC transportation efficiency efforts including management of the Way to Go, Go Vermont and Drive Electric Vermont programs as well as the development of a Transportation Efficiency Utility (TEU). She served as the Director of the UVM National University Transportation Center (UTC) and interim co-director of the UVM TRC and is the author of numerous publications including the annual Vermont Transportation Energy Report. Director, EV Everywhere Challenge, US Department of Energy, responsible for the DOE's initiatives to increase market penetration of plug-in electric vehicles. Upon retirement from Southern California Edison in January 2014, where he served as a member of the SCE transportation electrification program, Bob has supported the market expansion of plug in electric vehicles as a part time consultant. Engagement in the PEV market space includes 10 years at the Electric Power Research Institute and five years at SCE. Primary focus has been on the development and testing of plug in vehicles, federal and state policies that support PEV expansion and establishment of an appropriate level of EV education and infrastructure around the nation with recent focus on Southern California's many local municipalities.

Sekita is part of our Environmental Equity team, where she works to make energy and climate policies in California equitable and beneficial to communities of color. She comes to Greenlining from Business for Social Rresponsibility, a California nonprofit where she worked as a climate and energy sustainability consultant to large corporations. Prior to that, Sekita worked as a policy advisor at the California Energy Commission in Sacramento. There she served as lead advisor to the chair on climate, transportation, and legal matters.

Bengt Halvorson is deputy editor of High Gear Media, which publishes Green Car Reports and its general-market counterpart, The Car Connection. He has been covering automotive technology and the auto industry for close to 20 years-originally with two 'buff book' car magazines, Car and Driver and Automobile-and electric-car enthusiasm, policy, and the EV market, in its varied forms and formats, for nearly 15 years. Bengt holds a B.S. in Applied Physics and B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan; he's won awards for his coverage of consumer affairs; and he's now a juror for the North American Car and Truck of the Year awards. In other past ventures, he has tracked special-interest-car prices, consulted on powertrain technology, and written for Forbes, Business Week, and Time, among many others. The Portland he calls home is very 'Portlandia,' and he's fine with that.

Richard Hanley has been employed by the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) since 1985. He is presently employed in CT DOT's Research & Implementation Unit, where he is the project manager for Electric Vehicle (EV) Fast Charging Infrastructure. Other alternative energy duties include the coordination of transportation energy issues for CT DOT, as well as liaison to the Connecticut Hydrogen Fuel Cell Coalition (CHFCC). Richard is a National Academy of Science (NAS) member and serves on multiple Transportation Research Board (TRB) committees, including the Committee on Alternative Transportation Fuels and Technologies; Committee on Transportation Energy; and, Committee on Transportation & Sustainability. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and serves on his town's Clean Energy & Sustainability Task Force. Richard received both his B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.B.A. from the University of New Haven and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut.

Karen R. Harris is a consultant providing planning, evaluation, and facilitation services to foundations and non-profit organizations. Karen manages the Clean Energy Program at the John Merck Fund, which supports climate and clean energy policies in the New England states. The Program's core objectives are to retire the region's remaining coal-fired power plants; reduce emissions in the electricity and building sectors by promoting efficiency and renewable energy; and promote the adoption of electric vehicles. Ms. Harris' other clients have included Doris Duke Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Packard Foundation, Rockefeller Family Fund, Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis, Alaskans for Energy Freedom, New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, and Center for a New American Dream. Karen was the Executive Director of the Ploughshares Fund, a foundation that supports international security and non-proliferation programs. She was also a Program Officer in the Conservation Program at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Karen has a degree in environmental policy from the University of California at Berkeley. Brett Hauser, CEO of Greenlots, leads the company's global business with a particular focus on establishing company partnerships and ongoing expansion efforts. In coordination with the Board of Directors, Hauser is responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic roadmap, introducing new solutions and services while leveraging the existing projects that Greenlots has successfully deployed around the world since 2008. Prior to joining Greenlots, Hauser served as Chief Operating Officer for EV Connect where he was responsible for the company's operational leadership. While at EV Connect Hauser was instrumental in securing key infrastructure grants, negotiating and managing relationships with auto manufacturers, electric vehicle supply equipment manufacturers and software companies in the energy management space for EV Connect. Amy Hillman is the NW Client Relations Manager for the Blink Network, a CarCharging Company. In this role she works with private and public organizations to maximize public, private, fleet and workplace Level 2 charging options. Previously she worked with ECOtality and Sustainable Industries. She currently serves as Board Chair for Drive Oregon and sits on other sustainability and community related boards. Amy holds an MBA from Bainbridge Graduate Institute.

Mette Hoé holds more than 10 years of professional experience working in the cross field of Technological Social Science and Sustainability. Her work focus on strategic transport- and urban planning and she is currently program manager at Copenhagen Electric, the Capital Region of Denmark, responsible for a string of projects with the combined target to accelerate the marked uptake of electric vehicles. She is Program Manager for supporting workplace charging, EV deployment, and helps promoting the adoption of EV by businesses and have a strong focus on creating the foundation for joint efforts involving public authorities, companies, and private consumers aiming gradually at replacing fossil-fuel cars with electric cars. Mette also works internationally and represents Copenhagen Electric in various European Union projects.

Ashley Horvat, PlugShare's Vice President Strategic Initiatives, leads PlugShare's newly launched EV industry consulting division and the development of strategic company initiatives, such as EV infrastructure integrity and EV industry partnership endeavors. Prior to joining PlugShare, she served as the State of Oregon Chief EV Officer. In that governor's office-designated role, she led EV policy development for the state, authored the Eight-state ZEV Action Plan, chaired the public-private Energize Oregon Coalition, coordinated EV actions amongst state agencies, created and implemented public-private partnership EV initiatives such as the Oregon Electric Byways, and led all EV infrastructure programs for the state. Prior to this appointment, Horvat designed and implemented the West Coast Electric Highway program in Oregon, which included 44 DCFC locations throughout the entire state. Andrew Hudgins is a Project Leader at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory where he supports the Department of Energy's Clean Cities, Federal Fleets, and EPAct programs. Mr. Hudgins is helping to strengthen partnerships with community organizations and industry partners across the nation. In his role, Mr. Hudgins provides technical assistance to fleets looking to implement energy efficiency measures and transition to alternative fuels and advanced technology vehicles. Mr. Hudgins is the lead for the Clean Cities National Parks Initiative, DOE's Alternative Fueling Stations Database, and Clean Cities TV project and supports the network approximately 100 local Clean Cities Coalitions throughout the U.S.

Michael joined the Port of Portland as their Landside Operations Manager in 2007. His responsibilities include the management of the over 17,000-stall public and employee parking operations, the airport parking shuttle bus operations, and ground transportation regulations and operations. Prior to Portland, Michael held positions in landside and terminal operations management in his just over 10 years with the Port of Seattle. He is currently Adjunct Faculty with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University instructing in courses from Airport Safety and Certification to Airport Planning and Design.

Matt Jones serves as the Head of Future Infotainment at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), President of the GENIVI alliance, and a Board Director of the Linux Foundation, and is actively leading the push for open infotainment standards and leading-edge features across industries. To this end, he is actively working with Linux and the open source community in a multitude of projects. Based at JLRís newly-established Research and Development Center in Portland, Oregon which is dedicated to developing Open Software for the automotive sector, his teams in the U.K. and Portland are responsible for the specification and roll-out of the latest generation of Linux-based Infotainment system.

John MacArthur is the Sustainable Transportation Program Manager for the Transportation Research and Education Center (TREC) at Portland State University. Mr. MacArthur's role is to develop, direct and manage the strategic direction for TREC's climate and sustainable transportation initiatives. One of his key research focus areas is in transportation electrification. Mr. MacArthur has extensive experience in grant and project management around electric vehicles and charging infrastructure and other efficient transportation and energy issues. Before joining the TREC staff, Mr. MacArthur was the Sustainable Transportation Coordinator for HDR Inc. and worked on Oregon's OTIA III State Bridge Delivery Program, replacing or retrofitting over 200 state bridges. He has worked for 15 years in the environmental and sustainability field. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and his M.S. in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health.

Dr. Mantus is a Scholar and Director of Risk Assessment on the Board on Environmental Studies and Toxicology at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. She has served as the study director on projects that have ranged from assessing the health implications of various chemicals to developing decision-making frameworks for federal agencies. Recently, she served as the study director for a project that examined barriers to deployment of plug-in electric vehicles and their associated charging infrastructure. Dr. Mantus received a Ph.D. in chemistry from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.

Jeremy McCool founded HEVO Power in November 2011, while finishing his Master of Public Administration at the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs. As acting CEO and President, HEVO Power has become an award-winning, global leader in the development of wireless power technologies for electric vehicles. Based in Brooklyn, HEVO Power is now accelerating the deployment of their wireless power technologies for electric vehicles across the world. As such, HEVO and Mr. McCool has become a global thought leader in all aspects related to electric vehicle adoption, wireless power technologies and their universal charging standardization. As a U.S. Army veteran, Mr. McCool has also continued to serve the New York veteran community through his association with the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce as a founding member of their Veteran Affairs Council, for which he is currently working to develop an innovative, online platform that channels employment and business creation services to veterans across the borough. Lastly, as an adjunct professor for the NYU CleanStart program, Jeremy teaches the Clean Tech Entrepreneurship course which provides a practical, real-world company creating experience for returning veterans and budding clean tech entreprenuers to either obtain employment in existing clean tech companies, or create their own companies.

David McCreadie has worked at Ford for over 23 years. He spent 20 years in Product Development, working in a number of technical areas across all product lines, including five years leading the noise/vibration development of all the company's electrified products. His larger interest in electrified and sustainable transportation led him to move into Ford's Sustainability organization back in 2012. In this role, David has been leading efforts to set strategy for plug-in vehicle integration with the electric grid, as well as project leader for two of Ford's Smart Mobility experiments that are looking at ways to solve some of the issues and barriers to safe and effective personal mobility in all its different forms around the globe.

Senan McGrath is the CTO with ESB eCars, the division of the largest Irish electricity utility ESB, established to roll out a national EV charging infrastructure. He was on the executive Board of the biggest EU electromobility project Green eMotion and also was an executive board member of other European EV projects such as Mobi Europe and PlanGridEV. He also was a Board member and on the Northern Ireland Plugged-in Places Project co-funded by the UK Government. Eurelectric (the Association of European Utilities) appointed Senan as Chair of their Electromobility Working Group and in that capacity he has represented the utilities of Europe in dealings with the European Parliament and the European Commission. He has also been appointed to the newly established European Commission's Sustainable Transport Forum as the main advisor on electricity as a transport fuel. He has worked as a senior executive in the customer and distribution sides of the utility business in Ireland and as an energy consultant in the Far East, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe. He holds degrees in both electrical engineering and business.

Marvin Moon is the Director of the Power Engineering Division at the Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power (LADWP). Mr. Moon is responsible for the design and management of all projects related to the Power System infrastructure of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). This includes projects for generation, substations, transmission, renewable projects, smart grid, and the distribution system. He is also LADWP's Electric Vehicle (EV) Program Manager. Mr. Moon has been involved with LADWP's aggressive utility support for EV charging infrastructure. This includes chargers for municipal property, developing a network of free DC Fast Chargers, as well as providing EV charger rebates for both residential and commercial customer. The program is also delivering innovative approaches to cost effective infrastructure deployment, and development of a plug-in, municipal fleet for both light and heavy duty vehicles.

Sarah Moore is a planner in the City of Berkeley's Office of Energy and Sustainable Development where she supports implementation of Berkeley's Climate Action Plan and other environmental sustainability goals. Since 2103 many of her efforts have focused on EV charging infrastructure. This work has included streamlining the permitting off-street EV charging station installations, implementing a program that encourages existing businesses to install charging stations in their parking lots, securing state funding for several new public charging stations, and launching an innovative pilot program that allows residents without off-street parking to install curbside charging stations. Sarah has a master's degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Carleton College.

Patricia Monahan is the Transportation Program Director at the Energy Foundation (EF), whose mission is to promote the transition to a sustainable energy future. The Transportation Program works to reduce energy use and carbon pollution through policies that improve vehicle efficiency and promote clean fuels. Patricia makes grants that promote innovative state and federal policies to speed commercialization of clean transportation technologies and fuels. Patricia worked for 10 years at the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) as the Director of the California office and Deputy Director for Clean Vehicles. She published numerous studies on the benefits of reducing pollution from cars, trucks, buses, and heavy equipment. John Morris has been in the energy efficiency industry for 11 years. At CLEAResult, John directs the organizations policy and regulatory affairs for the Western US and Canada. He works to develop and pass progressive energy efficiency legislation that will enhance utility conservation programs and fuel growth in the energy efficiency industry. He serves on the boards of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council and Climate Solutions. He also serves on the Conservation Resource Advisory Committee for the Northwest Power and Conservation Council.

Rashad is currently a Program Officer with the Bullitt Foundation where he manages the Foundation's Energy, Industry, and Technology portfolio. Prior to joining the Bullitt Foundation, Rashad developed a broad base of experience in policy formation and advocacy serving as Legislative Assistant to Seattle City Councilmember Mike O'Brien; as the principal staff member on Climate & Energy for the Washington Environmental Council; and as a Policy Analyst for the Washington State Senate. Deeply committed to integrating social justice with environmental sustainability, Rashad has been a volunteer co-leader of Seattle's chapter of the national Environmental Professionals of Color (EPOC) and sits on the boards of both Evergreen Business Capital, a non-profit community development lender, and its affiliated philanthropic foundation. Rashad earned his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

Jonathan Morrison was named president of Auto Advisory Services (AAS), a comprehensive automotive compliance consulting firm in 2014. Prior to joining AAS, he served as Director of Legal & Regulatory Affairs and a registered lobbyist for the California New Car Dealers Association (CNCDA) where he worked since 2006. Jonathan has worked closely with California Air Resources Board, California Energy Commission, and University of California Institute of Transportation Studies leadership, staff, and researchers on identifying and addressing obstacles facing the developing alternative fuel vehicle market. Jeff Muhs joined WiTricity Corporation in 2012 and directs automotive, industrial, and federal business development initiatives. Prior to joining WiTricity, Jeff was Vice President of the Utah State University Research Foundation and Director of the Energy Dynamics Laboratory. Earlier in his career, Mr. Muhs spent two decades at the U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory where he was named ORNL Engineer of the Year in 1997 and Science Communicator of the Year in 2004. Jeff spent 2005 in the United States Senate as a Senior Science and Energy Policy Advisor and was responsible for drafting several provisions in the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and the America COMPETES Act including the creation of ARPA-E. Jeff holds a B.S. in Electro-Optical Sciences, has authored over 30 publications and 14 patents, and received the prestigious R&D; 100 Award in 2006.

William Nesmith is currently the Senior Energy Advisor for the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) located in Alexandria, Virginia. In this position William provides expert advice and consultation to NASEO on a variety of energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable development, and international programs. William's background includes a Master of Science degree and over thirty year's experience in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy. He has worked as a land use planner for local government, been a program manager with state government, served as a public utilities specialist with the US Department of Energy, Bonneville Power Administration, and served as the Assistant Director for Energy Efficiency at the Oregon Department of Energy.

Michael Nicholas received his PhD in Transportation Technology and Policy from UC Davis in 2010. He is currently continuing his work as a postdoctoral researcher at UC Davis. His work has centered on the understanding of refueling behavior from a geographic perspective. His work on electric and hydrogen vehicle infrastructure planning has assisted future planners and policy makers make informed decisions in this rapidly expanding research area. He is currently managing a team of researchers in the PH&EV; Research Center modeling infrastructure and conducting consumer surveys.

Nick Nigro is the founder of Atlas Public Policy, a technology firm whose mission is to equip businesses and policymakers to make strategic, informed decisions. Atlas helps address today's social challenges by building open-source tools to access and interpret the flood of publicly available data and information. Atlas will arm its audience with the information necessary to encourage the use of new technologies and products along with changes in consumer behavior. Prior to creating Atlas, Nick was the Senior Manager of Transportation Initiatives at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), contributing to C2ES's strategy on saving oil and reducing greenhouse gases from the transportation sector. Dr. Vish Palekar is the CEO of Mahindra GenZe, a U.S. startup headquartered in Palo Alto, Calif., and part of the global automotive business of Mahindra Group, a $16.7 billion global industrial leader based in India. Mahindra GenZe (genze.com) works to define the future of transportation with its connected urban vehicles. Prior to Mahindra GenZe, Dr. Palekar was Senior Vice President, Innovation and Emerging Markets, for the Mahindra Group, where he was responsible for leading and growing innovation culture and business in new markets. Prior to joining the Mahindra Group, Dr. Palekar spent over 10 years with General Electric (GE) in a variety of roles, including President and CEO of GE Enterprise Solutions in India.

Margarita María Parra serves as a program officer at the Hewlett Foundation's Environment Program. She directs the Foundation's grants to support sustainable transportation, a critical component of the Foundation's work to reduce transportation-related air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions in the United States, China, Mexico, Brazil, and Europe. Before joining Hewlett, Margarita worked in various non-profit organizations, including seven years with ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability. She also served as a consultant on policy and research to Greenpeace International, the Climate Action Reserve, and Rainforest Action Network. Parra has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the National University of Colombia in Bogotß and a master's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. She also has a diploma in population and sustainable development from the Centre for Development Studies in Trivandrum, affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India.

As Director of Utility Solutions, David manages utility-related business development, product development and public policy. David joined ChargePoint from Nissan where he led EV market development and charging infrastructure strategy, which included fleet and workplace programs. Prior to Nissan, David was an analyst at ING Bank Shanghai working on Benelux-China joint ventures, as well as a project finance consultant to government and private clients across Asia and the Middle East for real estate and energy projects in the Economics group at AECOM. He holds a BA from UC Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Transportation Planning & Policy from UCLA where he focused on new value creation at the intersection of mobility and energy.

Bronwyn Pierce holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Oregon State University. She has spent the majority of her career working for Hewlett Packard Company in Corvallis, Oregon. She started in EHS where she managed the Air Emission, Wastewater, and ISO 14001 programs. She then moved into the Printing Business where she focused on Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Chemical Use Reduction and Recycling for HP's semiconductor fabs. More recently she managed the Regulatory Compliance programs for several new business startups. She is currently the Global Sustainability Program Manager for HP's Real Estate Operations. Bronwyn lives in Corvallis with her husband and three kids. She enjoys snowboarding, surfing, camping and throwing pots at the local pottery studio.

Dr. Wilfred Pinfold is the Director of Research and Advanced Development within Intel Federal. Dr Pinfold has held positions in Research, Business Development, Strategy and Planning in his 23 years at Intel. Dr. Pinfold teaches innovation and entrepreneurship at Portland State University and serves on numerous commercial and non-profit boards. Wilfred Pinfold trained as a Naval Architect before received his Ph.D. in Computational Fluid Dynamics from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He is a member of ACM, RINA, SNAME, and ASNE as well of being both C.Eng in Britain and P.E. in Virginia. In 1999, he attended the Stanford Executive Program.

Joel Pointon has been involved the San Diego Region's aggressive introduction of plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) since he began the Clean Transportation program for San Diego Gas and Electric in 2006. He has worked directly with automakers, charging vendors, municipal and federal governments and stakeholders in assisting in the development of regulations, standards and guidelines for PEVs and has served on a number of boards and advisory groups across the U.S. His particular passion is in assisting multi-unit dwelling communities address vehicle charging challenges. He currently co-chairs the California Plug-in Electric Vehicle Collaborative's working group for Multi-unit and Workplace Charging. Recently taking early retirement from SDG&E;, he is now the Principal of JRP Charge Consulting which focuses on multi-unit vehicle charging support and facilitation.

Cassie Powers is a Program Manager with the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO). In this role, she works with state energy offices to support transportation and clean energy programs, and is collaborating with stakeholders across the country to integrate alternative fuel vehicles into emergency response planning. Prior to joining NASEO, Cassie was an EV Program Coordinator with Georgetown Climate Center, where worked with state governments to support the development of electric vehicle policies and programs. At Georgetown, Cassie facilitated the Transportation and Climate Initiative's Northeast Electric Vehicle Network, and oversaw the development of electric vehicle guidance documents and educational materials that are helping states and communities throughout the northeast become "EV-Ready." She holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary.

Ben is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Electrification Coalition, helping to lead initiatives Outside the Beltway. Over the last two years his work has focused on creating and implementing the EC's plug-in electric vehicle "deployment community" programs, putting him at the forefront of innovative adoption strategies. Prior to joining the EC, Ben spent more than a decade building his expertise by working on advocacy, environmental, human rights, and voter engagements efforts for organizations at the state and national level. Most recently he served as Vice President of FieldWorks, a national political consulting firm specializing in organizing and advocacy programs. His experience has included leadership roles as the Campaign Director for the Save Darfur Coalition, the Legislative Director for the Colorado Environmental Coalition, the Colorado State Director for the New Voters Project, and numerous public interest campaign efforts as the Western States Field Organizer for U.S.PIRG.

Rich Quattrini is senior director of Business Development at ChargePoint. His current focus is DC fast charge strategy and partnerships, charging corridor deployment and energy services. Prior to ChargePoint he was Director of Strategic Development for the demand response business unit of Johnson Controls. In that role he focused on product strategy and integration of demand response technology with other Johnson Controls products and services. Mr. Quattrini has over 25 years' experience in product management, marketing, sales and customer engagement in the energy, EV charging and semiconductor industries.

Jordan Ramer is the Founder and President of EV Connect (www.evconnect.com). Before joining EV Connect, Mr. Ramer led corporate development for NanoH2O, a venture-backed developer of energy efficient water purification technology. Previously, he held executive positions in business development, product management and marketing at AeroVironment, an electric vehicle infrastructure developer, where he spent seven years elevating the company into the industry leader, spearheading the company's international expansion and launching its fleet management software solution. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ramer held roles in business development, finance and strategy for several venture-backed technology start-ups, as well as Arthur Andersen. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Skidmore College.

David Roberts is a Senior Consultant at VEIC with more than 15 years' experience in outreach, planning and analysis that takes a systems approach to transportation efficiency research and program implementation taking into consideration the engineering, environmental and societal impacts associated with transportation energy use. He coordinates the Drive Electric Vermont partnership, a public-private stakeholder group working to increase adoption of electrified transportation in Vermont and has organized electric vehicle outreach events, developed charging station siting and installation guides, assessed financing mechanisms for vehicles and charging stations, and helped implement Vermont's first incentive program for plug-in vehicles in partnership with local auto dealerships. David holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a M.B.A. from the University of Vermont.

Pasquale Romano has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of ChargePoint, Inc. since February 2011. Previously, Pasquale co-founded 2Wire in 1998 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from September 2006 to October 2010 when it was acquired by Pace plc for $475M. From 1993 to 1998, Pasquale held multiple positions in marketing and engineering at Polycom. In 1989, Pasquale co-founded Fluent, Inc., a digital video networking company and served as Chief Architect until it was sold to Novell Corporation in 1993. In addition to serving as a board member for ChargePoint, Pasquale currently serves as a board member for AgilOne, Inc., a big data analytics company and sits on the Silicon Valley YMCA board. He formerly held an advisory board role at Meraki, Inc., a cloud managed networking company purchased by Cisco in 2012 and Basis Science, a wearable fitness device company purchased by Intel in 2014. Pasquale holds an undergraduate degree in computer science from Harvard University and received his M.S. from MIT.

Jeff Rosenfeld has over 9 years of experience in the transportation and energy sectors. His work is focused on the regulatory, technical, and economic drivers for conventional and alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technologies. He is an expert in understanding cost and environmental implications of alternative transportation fuels and technologies. Jeff has worked with transportation fuel suppliers to reduce energy consumption and GHG emissions, performed technical assessments of alternative fuels and vehicles, developed production and refueling infrastructure assessments, performed lifecycle (or well-to-wheel) analyses of the GHG impacts of transportation fuels and quantified the air quality impacts of vehicles in the light-duty and heavy-duty sector. Most recently, Jeff has worked with the utilities in California to forecast the potential for transportation electrification within the state, determine the market gaps and barriers and solutions for light-duty plug-in vehicle adoption, and quantify the grid benefits of light-duty electric vehicles.

Dr Rosemarie Russo serves as the Sustainability Coordinator for the City of Fort Collins. Prior to assuming leadership for the municipal operations' sustainability, Rosemarie was a dean for ten years . She currently teaches Global Environmental Change and Women & Social Action. She has taught graduate level courses in environmental law, and climate and behaviorial sciences for thirty years. Rosemarie has taught abroad in Central America. She has worked as an environmental law consultant on Superfund sites. She earned a BS in Environmental Science from Rutgers University, an environmental law degree from Vermont Law School and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. Rosemarie was the founding Chair of the Colorado Strategic Energy Group. She is a volunteer backcountry ski ranger at Cameron Pass. She published her first book "Jumping from the Ivory Tower: Creating Sustainable Communities through Service-Learning" in 2009. Rosemarie was named the National Geographic's Sustainability Scholar and nominated as Volunteer of the Year for Larimer County in 2013 and 2014.

As CEO and co-founder of Empirical, Crystal Rutland oversees innovation in the company's UX strategy and research practices while continuing to advise clients on product design issues. She has interviewed thousands of users across a wide range of sectors, notably in Internet of Things (IoT), mobile consumer electronics, automotive IVI systems and electric vehicle (EV) design. Some of her clients include Intel, HP, Jaguar Land Rover, Chrysler, and Toyota.

Kellen Schefter is Manager, Sustainable Technology at the Edison Electric Institute. Kellen supports EEI's activities related to the adoption of advanced, clean technologies, including transportation electrification. He previously worked on regulatory and compliance issues at plug-in electric vehicle manufacturer Fisker Automotive. Prior to that, Kellen managed advanced vehicle technology R&D; projects at the U.S. Department of Energy. Kellen has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Alex works in NREL's Transportation and Hydrogen Systems Center where he is responsible for managing and developing strategic projects that further NREL's mission in sustainability. In that capacity, he manages external partnership activities, conducts policy and market analyses, and coordinates strategic planning efforts to help maximize the effectiveness of the research that NREL conducts. Prior to joining the NREL, Alex was the senior manager for transportation fuels at the Colorado Governor's Energy Office and also worked as the Program Director for transportation fuels and radioactive materials transport at the Western Governors' Association. Alex received his B.S. in General Engineering at the University of Illinois and has an M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management from the Colorado School of Mines.

Chelsea Sexton is a veteran in electric transportation; her work on General Motors' EV1 program was featured in the Sony Pictures Classics film, Who Killed the Electric Car?, and she was a Consulting Producer on the follow-up, Revenge of the Electric Car. Chelsea served as Director of the Automotive X PRIZE, Senior Advisor to VantagePoint Capital Partners' Cleantech practice, and co-founder of Plug In America, an electric drive advocacy group. She currently works as an industry advisor and consultant, and has written for multiple outlets including Wired and Popular Science.

Robert (Bob) Siegel is a Senior Innovator on Verizon Telematics' Advanced Strategy team where he seeks future opportunities for Verizon Telematics by looking out 6 months to 25 years. Wesley Smith has over 25 years of experience in the commercialization of emerging technologies for startup and Fortune 500 companies. His activities have included strategic business development and planning for energy, transportation, and information companies and government agencies. Wesley has worked for, or represented, such diverse companies as Electrobras, PEMEX, AES Corporation, NASA, Argentina's Ministry of Telecommunications, AT&T;, Union Pacific, Diveo Broadband Networks, Deutsche Telekom, and Questar Corporation. He received a law degree from George Washington University in 1989. Wesley serves as a mentor for startup companies in the Intermountain region, and more specifically as a mentor/consultant to Pando Labs, a technology incubator based in Park City.

Matt Stevens is Co-Founder & CEO of CrossChasm Technologies, the company that created FleetCarma and MyCarma. He has been involved in the design of over 20 hybrid and electric vehicles, ranging from to lunar rovers to stealth snowmobile and now works helps fleets and individuals looking to select and operate high-efficiency vehicles. This work includes supporting FleetCarma, which has become the world leader in electric vehicle monitoring. Matt holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, was named to Waterloo Region's Top 40 under 40, is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Waterloo, and is Past-Chairman of Electric Mobility Canada.

Brady Tacdol is Project Manager for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), currently in a lead role on the California Road Charge Pilot Program. He started with Caltrans in May 2009 where he worked on a wide variety of projects such as statewide American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) reporting for transit, updating the California Airport Land Use Planning Handbook, and preparing the 2014 State Transportation Improvement Program Fund Estimate. Prior to working in the public sector, Brady served as a project manager in the land development industry, specializing in land use and development, political and regulatory issues, and asset management. In this role, he managed over 5,000 acres of master-planned community development, dealing primarily with stakeholder advocacy, project team assembly and management, budget oversight, and schedule driven task delivery. Brady has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate and Land Use Affairs concentration, from California State University, Sacramento.

Diane Turchetta is an Environmental Protection Specialist in FHWA's Office of Natural and Human Environment (HEPN). Diane primarily works on transportation and climate change issues and is the member of the Sustainable Transport and Climate Change Team in FHWA's Office of Planning, Environment and Realty. Diane has been with FHWA for 15 years working on a variety of transportation-related air quality issues including energy use, alternative fuels and freight emissions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Before joining the U.S. DOT, Diane worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on fuel-related issues.

Dexter Turner is the founder and President of OpConnect and the chief architect of the OpConnect Electric Vehicle Charging System®. Dexter holds a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Seattle University and has held various engineering and management positions in aerospace and network security before becoming an entrepreneur. Dexter has founded 3 companies, including Optimization Technologies, an aerospace software and technology company, that provided the technology to launch OpConnect and that he continues to run along with OpConnect.

John Voelcker is the editor of Green Car Reports, for which he reviews cars, covers breaking news, provides in-depth analysis, and oversees all editorial. He has covered advanced auto technologies and energy policy for print, online, and radio outlets, including Wired, Popular Science, Tech Review, IEEE Spectrum, HybridCars.com, and Portfolio.com. Harm Weken, is founder and managing partner of the business development company, FIER Automotive. He and his team at FIER Automotive are very much involved in e-mobility initiatives, at EU, national and local level. He established with several large automotive clusters, EASN (the European Automotive Strategy Network) a platform for automotive clusters and regions, which resulted in the development of several EU projects on e-mobility as for example the ENEVATE project. An EU project with 16 partners, aiming at accelerating e-mobility in Europe and stimulating innovation and industry competitiveness. As additional spin-off from ENEVATE various hands-on e-mobility projects were realised in various regions in North West Europe including the Netherlands. For example: Supporting local authorities in strategic planning of charging infrastructure and establishing e-car sharing programs. Ivy Wheeler manages multiple domestic partnerships between The National Association of Regulatory Utility Regulators with the Department of Energy, mainly focused on baseload electricity generation issues. She is an effective liaison between NARUC and the other state and federal members and partners on issues such as Carbon Capture and Storage / Utilization, Nuclear and Natural Gas Infrastructure. Ivy is a resource to members and staffers alike supporting all the grant funded projects and staff in organizing and facilitating meetings, site visits and valuable member opportunities in learning more about base load electricity generation. Ivy earned her bachelor's of science at Southern Oregon University.

Since joining PSU, Dr. Wiewel has focused his presidency - and the continuing development of the university - on five guiding themes: providing civic leadership through partnerships; improving student success; achieving global excellence; enhancing educational opportunity; and expanding resources to improve effectiveness. Daniel Witt is the Senior Manager of Business Development and US Policy for Tesla Motors. He joined Tesla following a four year stint in the office of Senator Dianne Feinstein that included time as a Policy Aide with a broad legislative portfolio including Transportation issues and a variety of municipal and statewide infrastructure projects. In his four years with Tesla Motors, Daniel has been tasked with addressing a myriad of domestic policy initiatives across the Federal, State and Local levels as well as several emerging business development projects within the commercial sector. On August 15, 2011 Dr. Womack began his tenure at the US Department of Transportation. In his current position he is the senior administrator over the University Transportation Centers program and is also responsible for coordinating research across the USDOT. Prior to accepting this position he was a Professor of Civil Engineering and Director of the Utah Transportation Center at Utah State University, where he began work in 1989. Also while at Utah State University he served in the university's central administration as an Associate Vice-President for Business and Finance. Dr. Womack received his Bachelor of Science degree (1980) and Ph.D. degree (1989, civil engineering) from Oregon State University, with a Masters degree in civil engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (1985).
